TaxBucket provides tax, registration, compliance, accounting and legal support services, such as company and firm registration, GST registration and returns, income tax returns, ROC filings and trademark registration.

The information on this website is for general guidance only. It is not legal, tax or financial advice for your specific case. Advice is given only after we have understood your facts and documents as part of an engagement.

We prepare and file applications and returns based on what you give us. We are not responsible for any penalty, rejection, notice or loss that results from incorrect, incomplete or late information or documents.

• Give us complete, correct and genuine information and documents, on time.
• Check the drafts, forms and details we share with you before they are filed.
• Respond to our queries and to OTP, e-sign and verification requests within the time needed to meet due dates.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes.

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Our professional fee for a service is the amount confirmed to you in writing (by email, message or quotation) before the work starts.
• Government fees, stamp duty, taxes and other statutory charges are extra unless we have clearly said they are included, and they are payable at actuals.
• Work starts after we receive the agreed advance or full payment.
• Extra work outside the agreed scope is charged separately, after informing you.

Any timeline we share is an estimate. Registrations, licences, approvals and refunds are granted by government departments and other authorities, and their processing time and final decision are not in our control. We do not guarantee that an application will be approved, or approved within a particular time.

We keep your documents and information confidential and use them only to deliver the services you have asked for, to meet legal requirements and as described in our Privacy Policy. We may share them with government portals and authorities where this is needed to complete your work.

The TaxBucket name and logo, and the text, design and other content of this website, belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share our pages for personal and business reference, but you may not copy, republish or sell the content without our written permission.

Our website may link to government portals, payment gateways and other third-party websites. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected with a service is limited to the professional fee you paid us for that service.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit or business, or for delays and failures caused by government portals, authorities, banks, internet services or other events outside our reasonable control.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the website or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
